Men Tell Their Stories.png

Life is a journey. For anyone suffering with poor mental health will attest, it's a journey that is very much tougher. This is a place for you to share your story, your experiences, your fears, your recovery story or your unique point-of-view of men's mental health and how it has affected you and those around you.

If you are a man, love a man, care for a man or even just know a man with mental health issues and want to share how your experience have affected your life, this is the place for you. Alternatively, if you're a man who cares for someone with mental health issues, use this page to tell the world what it feels like from your perspective.

You Are Not Your Illness.png

Tell us their story or share your own unique point of view. Incidentally, it doesn't have to be a 'written blog', it can be a piece of poetry, a song, a video or a drawing that illustrates how living with mental illness feels, in fact anything you like.

Please bear in mind that the amount of stories here will grow and grow over time, so please keep checking back for more honest, aspirational, heartbreaking, awe-inspiring, funny and touching stories from real men and women around the world. Grab a cuppa, possibly a tissue and enjoy as Men Tell....Their Stories.
