The Online Support service, referred to as SpeakEasy Live, is intended to provide emotional support only. It is not intended to provide medical or professional advice. Men Tell Health does not accept liability to any person relating to the use of any information contained within or exchanged via the SpeakEasy Live online support feature.
The aim of the service is to enhance support available to people aged over 18 living in the UK.
In the event that the SpeakEasy Live service is busy, you will be made aware that your request for support is being held in a queue until the next team member becomes available.

Registration for the service requires you to provide certain information. This includes a forename, your gender, your age and your location. This information is requested to enable Men Tell Health to provide you with support that is tailored to your needs.
Any information that is recorded about you by Men Tell Health when using the SpeakEasy Liove Online Support Service is stored confidentially within the tawk.to platform. Men Tell Health may use the information for training purposes.

Access to Personal Information held by The Men Tell CIC
